You can check the compatibility of the device and selected mobile phones here: http://compatibilitylist.skoda-auto.com/. The use of ŠKODA Compatibility list is conditional upon the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Due to the huge number of different mobile phones on the market, and the fact that they are under continual development, ŠKODA AUTO a.s. cannot fully guarantee compatibility with the device, and we always recommend checking functionality when connected to the selected vehicle itself – with the assistance of an authorized ŠKODA service partner, if necessary.
Also, please note that
- only those versions of selected mobile phones procured from official distribution are tested and supported. The same applies to firmware and software.
- the functions of the tested mobile phone may differ from a related mobile phone depending on the specifications for the respective country or service provider.
- the mobile phones were tested with the latest operating systems and versions available at the time of testing. Therefore, it cannot be ruled out that the scope of functions of a mobile phone with a different operating system will differ from the one tested, and ŠKODA AUTO a.s. does not take responsibility for the regular updates released by mobile phone companies and application developers.
- the functionality of some applications may be influenced by the strength and speed of the Internet connection in that area.
ŠKODA AUTO a.s. does not accept liability for any damage to the device or vehicle caused by the use of defective or illegal applications, or the incorrect or prohibited use of mobile phones.
